TERMS AND CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GPEWEP.

All participants are required to understand and comply with the conditions governing temporary entry into Canada under the Global Professional Excellence & Workplace Experience Program (GPEWEP).

Participation in GPEWEP is strictly for the purpose of attending a structured business and professional exchange and exposure event. The program does not constitute or provide any pathway to permanent residency, employment, or immigration in Canada.

Participants must comply with all applicable regulations of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) governing temporary resident entry.

Any attempt to misuse the program for purposes inconsistent with its stated objectives, including unauthorized stay or violation of visa conditions, may result in:

Refusal of entry or future visa applications
Removal from Canada in accordance with applicable laws
Disqualification from current and future Aerocone programs

Aerocone Travels Canada Inc maintains a strict compliance framework to ensure that all participants adhere to the terms of the program and uphold the integrity of the event.

Fees, Refunds, and Visa Outcomes

Participants acknowledge that administrative registration fees and visa processing service fees paid to the program convener are non-refundable, as these cover processing, documentation preparation, and coordination services already rendered.

The main participation (program) fee is only required upon issuance of a Passport Request (PPR) or visa approval decision from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Visa decisions are made solely by IRCC based on individual application assessments. Aerocone Travels Canada Inc does not influence or guarantee visa outcomes and shall not be held responsible for any visa refusal or delay arising from IRCC’s independent decision-making process.

Participants are advised to ensure that all information and documentation submitted for visa purposes are accurate, complete, and compliant with IRCC requirements.
