Provincial Manager – Travel Services and Business Operations
Position Summary
The Provincial Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s travel services, business operations, market expansion initiatives, partnership development, compliance requirements, and financial performance within the assigned province. The role ensures the achievement of organizational objectives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement provincial business strategies aligned with the company’s national and international growth objectives.
Direct and oversee travel service operations within the province, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Lead business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, educational institutions, tourism stakeholders, and government agencies.
Manage provincial budgets, revenue targets, operational expenditures, and profitability objectives.
Supervise regional teams, department supervisors, consultants, and administrative personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
Establish performance standards, operational procedures, and quality assurance measures for all provincial operations.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, preparing periodic reports and recommendations for executive management.
Represent the organization in business meetings, trade events, industry conferences, and stakeholder engagements within the province.
Oversee client relationship management programs to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Coordinate the implementation of corporate policies, risk management procedures, and compliance requirements.
Evaluate workforce requirements and participate in recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning activities.
Negotiate and maintain business relationships with travel suppliers, educational institutions, destination partners, service providers, and corporate clients.
Lead provincial marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests and maintain business continuity.
Provide leadership and guidance in achieving provincial operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
Authority Level
The Provincial Manager has authority to:

Oversee provincial operations and service delivery.
Recommend staffing decisions and organizational changes.
Approve operational expenditures within delegated limits.
Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts.
Develop provincial business plans and performance targets.
Supervise managers, coordinators, consultants, and support personnel.
